1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Luminocyte's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Luminocyte provides lead generation and online advertising services to businesses. Our services include:

  • Lead discovery and qualification
  • Multi-channel advertising campaign management
  • Social media integration and advertising
  • Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

  • Starter Channel: $40 per qualified lead
  • Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads meet the following criteria:

  • Verified contact information
  • Demonstrated interest in your products or services
  • Meet your specified demographic and geographic requirements
  • Have not been sold to competitors within the past 90 days

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your target audience
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for leads that do not meet our quality standards within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests must include documentation of the quality issue.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and lead data. We will not share your information with competitors or unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luminocyte's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all delivered leads.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and systems used by Luminocyte remain our intellectual property. Clients receive no rights to our technology or processes.

11. Compliance

Our services comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. Clients are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and take effect 30 days after notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
